We test for LEAKS, SPRAY PATTERNS, and FLOW RATES. Our machine uses a range of different engine speeds and millisecond injector opening times to determine proper function. This process is repeated after Ultrasonic Cleaning to ensure proper Flow and Spray Pattern. Tests have shown that 97% of injectors are restored to original functionality after they complete the Ultrasonic Cleaning process.
